Speaker 1:

On Morgan Report. Cancon will be reporting on evidence of election fraud and Trump's arrest and mugshot. We're going to question the mainstream narrative and expose media propaganda right now. That's a great question.

Speaker 3:

That's a good question, that's a great question. That's a great question.

Speaker 1:

Well, that's a really good question. It's a great question. You're right. Welcome to the Shot on Morgan Report. Cancon joins us. I'm a Marine writer for the Gateway Pundit and podcaster for Badlands Media. Thanks for joining us, CanCon. Let's show Trump's mugshot on the screen. This is just historic Talk about how he turned lemons into lemonade. His interview with Tucker on X dwarfed the Republican debates. Now the picture that was supposed to embarrass him has only increased his popularity. In fact, he posted it as a fundraising technique with his big return to X, formerly Twitter. I want to ask you, CanCon, your take on this historic moment and then take us to the very beginning of why he was even supposedly charged.

Speaker 3:

The precedent is being laid right now. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I mean, granted, I'm only 39 years old To sit here and think that, for the first time in our history, we have a president, a former president and the frontrunner for the posing political party Right now being indicted four times for crimes that they allege he committed that, quite frankly, the people prosecuting him, persecuting him they've actually committed themselves. Classified documents. We know that Joe Biden has classified documents. Never had authority to declassify said documents. Often to see on that right Everything from the bribery, the pay for play that we're seeing with Ukraine and everything. It's a wild time and Trump's capitalizing on it. There's going to be a big boomerang here pretty soon, right?

Speaker 1:

We were all waiting to find out. When was Trump going to come back to Twitter? How was he going to do it and why was he going to do it? This is just perfectly timed. I mean really talk about capitalizing on the moment. This picture is just epic. The look on his face captures the emotion that us Americans feel right now when the deep state is coming after us. To a certain extent, we want to take revenge at the polls. He captured it in an expression. His interview with Tucker is important too. Isn't that the most watched video ever already? I mean over 200 million views last time I looked. Can you comment on that?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, a quarter of a billion views. The Fox News debate had, I think, around 12.8 million there reporting now, but don't worry, they're being sure to tell us that it was still successful despite Trump not being there. Then, ironically, cnn goes back and references the 2016 or the 2015 debates in the Republican primary, where they had 24 million viewers with Trump there. I don't know where CNN is coming off saying that it wasn't as bad as they thought it was going to be for Fox News, but 250 million views on Twitter, 150 million views now on his own personal X Sorry for calling it Twitter there. There's no question. Who the highlight of the other night on the debate night. Who that was? It was President Trump. President Trump won without even being present there. The one that they're alleging won that debate that was actually there was Vivek Ramiswamy. I mean, he was up there basically defending Trump for an hour and a half.

Speaker 1:

Right. So yeah, it seemed like the audience was very warm to Trump, despite the fact he wasn't there. And I've seen observations that they even tried to sabotage Vivek by turning his mic down and changing his pitch and his microphone. I mean, I remember the whole snafu last time with Pence with like a fake enlarged fly landing on his gray hair in the middle of the debate. They will try anything to try to get just a little bit of an advantage, subconsciously, against the actual candidates that aren't establishment. But can you comment on the Trump interview with Tucker? Were there any nuggets, if you watched it, that you think are worthy of?

Speaker 3:

noting, I think, the most important thing that Trump was talking about there. He did talk about elections. When Tucker said, well, you know, if they stole it in 2020, what's to say, they won't try again? And Trump obviously said, well, they're probably going to try. But the biggest takeaway that I had was when, when when Tucker asked him about, you know, this possibility of a civil war, and Trump didn't answer the question directly, but he said that we have such a glaring polar polarization. This isn't a direct quote, of course, but he said you have on one side, people that really love him and then on the other side, people that really hate him, and that's a bad combination and you know, that is something that's really scary.

Speaker 3:

The narrative that the Mockingbird media has been peddling for the last seven or eight years right now is really weighing down on people. Last night, I was at an event and I was talking with a guy that that was avidly against Trump you could tell immediately and he kept saying he needs to be arrested and charged and convicted and everything else. And I simply asked him you know, what crimes did he commit? Well, you know they're saying this and that, and yeah, but specifically like, what crimes did he commit Because, to be honest with you, in this Rico case I don't know what crimes they're charging him with. With the Rico it's fall falsifying elections and all sorts of craziness and you know, if you want to get into that, we can. We can definitely dig into what happened in Georgia in 2020 a little bit here.

Speaker 1:

Let's do. Let's do that because they're charging a whole bunch of people. Looks like they tried to find a list of loyalists or people that they could also capture with a big net Giuliani and Sidney Powell, and so forth. So so let's take us to the beginning. In Georgia. Why?

Speaker 3:

why, that was a stinky county, yeah so one of the one of the focal point is a lot of coffee. Well, one of the focal points with Georgia has to be coffee county, and the Rico case was brought so that you could have a weaponized district attorney and Fannie Willis able to bring charges in coffee county, because normally that would be outside of her jurisdiction, but because she brought a Rico racketeering charge, they are able to. You know, she is able to expand, expand, expand that net. If you go to coffee county, it all kind of really starts back in the primary in 2020, when they had a lot of problems with the Dominion voting machines, their first rollout, first widespread rollout down in coffee and throughout Georgia. And after that election in September of I think it was September 17 was the exact date there was a zoom call where Kathy Latham, who is one of the indicted she was the GOP chair for all the counties under 80,000 people. She brought it up in that call to Brad Raffensperger that they were having severe problems with the Dominion machines down in coffee county. Brad, of course, referred her to Gabriel Sterling, who was the chief operating officer, turned private contractor, turned back to a chief chief operating officer after the election. It's convenient how that works right. You get a private job, no FOIA, no open records, nice lush contract with that. But he was the voting system implementation manager during the 2020 election. So Gabriel reaches back out to Kathy and says yeah, you know, we'll get linked up, we'll get you taken care of. Nothing really comes of it. Kathy sends a few more emails, sends a text message to Raffensperger Nothing ever comes about.

Speaker 3:

So they do the 2020 election down in coffee county. All sorts of problems down there. In the middle of the night after midnight, they had to drive two counties over just to borrow another tabulator in order to finish counting for the night. So then what happens? We obviously have this runoff in January 5. And the Secretary of State assigns two Dominion technicians now to coffee county and on that night, you know, kathy Latham and her sworn affidavit settles in and says you know we had about 6000 ballots that we had to count down here and right off the bat, immediately the machine started rejecting ballots again. And she says in her affidavit that they kept getting this QR code failure as the message that was the machine was putting out as to why you know this went wrong. So they're sitting there running them through, running them through, and Latham mentions in her affidavit that it seems that A straight ticket republican ballot was almost always, I think she says it was always rejected, and even the democrat observer that was there Was on the record saying this. This doesn't seem right. There's something going on here.

Speaker 3:

So eventually you have a gentleman there who was the county election board chairman, eric cheney. He goes to the dominion tech and says look, you gotta fix this because the whole night the dominion tax been like yeah, you know, wipe the lens. Spray, compressed air on the lens, it's just dirty, whatever. And that wasn't working. And so eric cheney finally says you know what? You've got thirty minutes to fix this. I'm going out there and I'm gonna bring the media and I'm gonna let them come inside here and they're gonna document what happens. So this dominion tech gets on the phone with his boss at dominion I believe his name is got tucker. They're screaming at him telling him get this work and get this right.

Speaker 3:

Cheney goes outside not cheney, excuse me. The dominion tech goes outside. He's out there for about half an hour. He comes back inside and he tells misty hampton, hampton, the election supervisor, go ahead and run the ballots now. Actually, no, give it one more wipe, wipe the lens one more time and then go ahead and run the ballots. It's gonna work this time. And lathe says he was so excited he was jumping up and down is actually kind of a not obnoxious, they said. And so, sure enough, they go and scan the next batch of ballots and they run perfectly and everything runs through just fine, no problems whatsoever. And so lathe looks at all the people there cheney, the democrat observer, all of them and says did you guys see what I just saw? Was he able to really fix this machine without ever touching it physically? So this I you know this implies some sort of connectivity, whether it's wifi, bluetooth, whatever it may be. So then, fast forward on genuine, well, actually, rewind.

Speaker 3:

On january, fourth, coffee county got a litigation hold from linwood's Lawsuit linwood at versus I think it was folton county at all and donald trump versus folton county at all. They got a litigation hold. And so, with a litigation hold, it's it's not exactly a binding document, but it's, it's a document that you need to, that's preparing you, that you need to start preserving evidence. And so they bring in the solovan and strickler firm. They come in there, they do a forensic copy. Their job is to do like e discovery. So they take that copy they put in a vault, gets locked up and If the chain of cut, if they need to take it to court, the chain of custody is intact.

Speaker 3:

And so misty hampton takes a step further. She's been begging, remember, she's been begging raffensburger and gabriel sterling at the secretary states office To come in and do an investigation. Tell us why are machines are wrong? Their, their solution, by the way shawnd was to they could buy a new machine for twenty thousand dollars brand new machines, brand new machine Rather than try and fix it. Just give us twenty thousand dollars and we'll get you a new tabulator. So anyways, misty hampton ends up bringing in jeff lenberg and and and and doug logan to look at the machines. They never touched them. I've interviewed jeff lenberg a few times now. He is adamant that they never touched the machine. They just kind of told misty hampton you know what to do in order to do some sort of a testing.

Speaker 3:

Now, just real quick, I think it's important to know that lenberg's background is penetration testing for the federal government.

Speaker 3:

As a civilian he had one of the highest top secret clearances that you can possibly have.

Speaker 3:

So the guys been Vetted top to bottom like extremely vetted, and he was working on atomic. It was something to do with the nuclear infrastructure. So the guy I mean it's not like some guy off the street, you know that comes in there and whatever. So lenberg tells us the story on on the podcast I believe is actually on the conservative daily podcast and he tells us the story that he found parameters on the dominion machine that could be adjusted by the administrator in real time, like while the elections already ongoing, and one of those three three of those parameters actually was called ignore red, ignore blue and ignore green. And what lenberg said is that these are likely. If you're marking a ballot with, like red ink or something, you can program the machine to ignore red ink or black ink or blue or green ink. But what lenberg found was that when he the machine was set by default to ignore red and when he ran ballots through with the ignore red parameter in place, it rejected republican ballots.

Speaker 1:

It was no rejection of red as in republican, not red as in red ink.

Speaker 3:

It sure seems that way, you know, and he said as soon as he took that parameter off, the ballots ran just fine. But as soon as you put it back on again, the same thing. And so when you see what's going on in georgia, when they talk about coffee county, the washington post, the cnn, everybody's been hitting on coffee county, but nobody talks about what lenberg discovered, nor what Kathy Latham and misty Hampton were trying to do and get get some help from the people that were supposed to help them beforehand.

Speaker 1:

Right, it's just what you said before. They're accusing Trump and his team of doing what they did themselves at that projection. It's the same thing with the perfect Ukraine phone call. That's what Joe Biden and his family were guilty of the quid pro quo. So this is so important because they just have been repeating this phrase there is no evidence of election fraud, and yet there's just so much that can be presented. Is that what you think is going to happen? Because Trump initially said Bedminster, new Jersey, I'm going to have a press conference, I'm going to lay it all out there, and then the next day he said well, my lawyer said we should just do that in a court of law. So what could we be expecting as far as what kind of evidence?

Speaker 3:

Well. So I mean, if they're going to accuse him of making false election claims, he should absolutely have the right to prove that they weren't in fact false. So there's a lot of things in Georgia. I personally, I think Georgia is the most corrupt and it's the most easy to prove out of all the swing states. That being said, I do believe there's fraud in most of the swing states and many other states, Florida included, where I'm from.

Speaker 3:

When you go in and look at Georgia, there's a couple problems. First, we just recently had the J Alex Halderman report. That's in Curling v Raffensperger. We finally got that report unsealed and in that report I think it's like 90 some odd pages. I've read the whole report and Halderman lays out extensive vulnerabilities and he says he, once he found a vulnerability, he didn't really dig to see if there were other ways that that vulnerability could be exploited. He did say that Dominion has issued a patch for those security vulnerabilities and Secretary of State Raffensperger said that they're not going to update the machines with that patch because they don't have enough time, which is really ironic because just before the 2020 election, they did an update for a system wide update, for a de minimis update that Judge Tottenberg allowed to be done to the machines like a week before the election. So you've got 18 months right now to do this security patch on all the machines and you can't do it, but you were able to do one in just a week.

Speaker 3:

But going into the actual evidence, one of the biggest discrepancies I have with Georgia is not necessarily that we have evidence to prove that you know Trump actually won Georgia, but there's substantial evidence to prove that the results could not and should not have been certified. One of the biggest things we saw, Sean, I'm not sure if you're familiar with the, the EAC report, the Elections Assistance Commission report. So the federal government that came out of Williamson, Tennessee, have you? Have you seen that at all?

Speaker 1:

No, I haven't.

Speaker 3:

Okay. So in Williamson, tennessee, in 2021, they found this report that a Dominion machine up there, when you would scan ballots through it would just randomly flag a ballot as a provisional ballot, just random, randomly choose, and then every ballot after that would be diverted to a separate folder that seemed to be hidden. Okay, so at the end of the night, you think you have 130 people that voted, because that's what the tabulator says, but in all actuality, all those provisional ballots got put into a separate folder and so, instead of 130 people voting, you probably actually had, you know, 180 200 people. Well, in that EAC report it says that this is identified this this provisional flag was identified in the system log files as a QR code signature mismatch. Wouldn't you know that? In Georgia, some really great election integrity activists like David David Cross and Kevin Moncler, they discovered that 67 out of 69 counties that they were able to look at had that same exact QR code signature mismatch in their system log files. So I got a little curious myself.

Speaker 3:

I started doing some freedom of freedom of information requests and I did one in Floyd County, georgia Now listen to this, sean, floyd County. They fought me a little bit on getting the log files. They finally said we'll send you the physical log files. So it cost me a couple hundred dollars, whatever it was, to send me 700 pages of the system log files. Then, after I had them, I wanted to make sure I had them, so I fought for them to send me the digital copies. They finally sent me the digital copies and when I was going through them, I found that the system log files went from October 12, when they started the election, all the way to October 19. Then they stopped on the 19th and they picked back up on November 26, which is when they started the second machine count in Fulton County. So the entire Election Day event and the very end of in person voting in Floyd County, georgia, is completely missing.

Speaker 3:

Now, when I called them out and said, hey, where are these files? They said we don't have those files. We've given you everything that we have. And I said well, for you guys to have gone in and exclusively delete those files right there, for those files to be missing, that's a violation of federal law 52 US Code 2071. And so when I said this to them, they assumed I was being hostile and they stopped talking with me.

Speaker 3:

Going through those files as well, I saw QR code signature mismatch. I saw QR code unreadable, all sorts of problems in the machine there. Now, the reason that that's significant, sean, is because Floyd County famously found like 3,800 or 3,600 ballots in the hand count. Now think of this, sean if you have all these ballots being scanned in a machine and some of them get flagged to another folder and the machine says those, the ones they're sent to another folder, we're not counting those, we're only going to count you know the 130, like I said earlier, when you go to actually hand count them, the physical ballots are still there, but the machine is not going to show them as counted. So when you go into a hand count, you have 3,600 ballots pop up out of the clear blue. That's a problem. That's something that needs to be investigated.

Speaker 3:

Now Heather Mullins I'm not sure if you're familiar with Heather Mullins at the time was on the ground in Floyd County in the elections office and asked two members of the elections board and the Dominion Tech was this a memory card? And both of them reassured her it was not a memory card. Then, I think it was the very next day, gabriel Sterling comes out and says it was a memory card. So you get this technical glitch, human error, you know all this stuff. There's never really any investigation to what happens. They just give you a brief bullet talking point and then they move on like nothing happened.

Speaker 1:

It reminds me of Magic Tricks, where there's a sleight of hand, but you know Gabriel Sterling and the Secretary of State's office there they just rely on us being stupid and complacent when they say things like we don't have enough time to do the patch. They just expect us to lay down and take it because we have been so complacent and we haven't pushed them. We need more people like you doing this Freedom of Information Act request and getting the information, because it points liability on people. As you pointed out, there are people responsible for deleting that data and once they find out that they're responsible, they start passing the buck on the more guilty parties that are above them. So this is really how we make a change. We are going to take a quick break, but when we come back we're going to dig deeper into your research, so stay with us.

Speaker 4:

Speaker 1:

We're talking to can con about election fraud research before the show. You were telling me about Paul Sparry doing some great reporting. Anything to mention about that?

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

So Paul Sparry and Fulton County just broke on Twitter the other day that FOIA records and I'm going to read it directly.

Speaker 3:

It says new FOIA records reveal Fulton election officials in 2020 deputized hundreds of anti-Trump Dems from the ACLU, gave them power to process absentee ballot apps received through online portals and then equipped ACLU poll workers with iPads to cancel absentee ballots without county supervision.

Speaker 3:

Now, sean, I was telling you before the show, about a year ago or so, on my podcast over at rumblecom, slash can con, I had in a poll manager in Fulton County and I don't want to say her name Well, yeah, I don't want to say her name just because of everything going on, but she was telling me that when she went there and set up, they had an ACLU lawyer that was there at her precinct and they were having problems connecting to the county provided computer that they were supposed to use, you know, to go through the voter rolls and everything and check voters office, they come in and whatnot.

Speaker 3:

And in that podcast, when they were having that problems, the ACLU lawyer told her oh, don't worry about it, and pulled out her own personal laptop and was able to log in and access these files. And so you know that just kind of piggybacks off of what Paul Sperry was saying there why these iPads are even allowed in a precinct with that type of access. I mean, you're talking about bringing an internet connectivity into someplace that's supposed to be air gapped. It's pretty wild.

Speaker 1:

It is wild because the ACLU has proven itself over time, especially in recent years, to be completely radical ideologically and they're apparently a trained army of operatives that can go in there and mess around with elections. We don't have any conservative army of operatives doing anything. It's always these funded groups. Right, and just reminds me of that tech who was accessing things remotely? I mean and that's what I got out of a President Trump's interview with Tucker was him really driving home the need for paper ballots? You pointed out the hand count is what kind of saved us at that one time? So we need to make things more simple. The more technology they use, the more they do the sleight of hand tricks, Anything to say about that.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, we. So again I'm gonna. I want to reiterate we don't know for sure that that you know Trump one or whatever, but I can tell you with absolute certainty I would put my life on it that we don't know officially who did win in Fulton County in Georgia as a whole. You brought up the hand count in Fulton County, georgia. There was a gentleman named Joe Rossi and David Cross as well that analyzed the batches of of of of ballots that came in from the first machine count to the hand count and the hand count. The audit that they did on the hand count was so bad that even Governor Brian Kemp sent a letter to Brad Raffensperger asking him what the heck was going on here. You had double counted, you had triple counted batches, quadruple counted batches. You had batches that were like 392 to 7 for Biden that were counted three times it was.

Speaker 3:

It was really wild what they did with the hand count in in Fulton County and to further, that in Fulton County they were missing. And I'm Sean, I'm gonna, I'm gonna go down on Fulton County right here a little bit. In Fulton County they deleted a majority of the of the ballot images from the machine first machine count, so there's no record of them. And the hash validation files, the Shaw files, that ensure that the ballot, that ballot images that they did give to foya, those, those are deleted to so you can't tell if the image is the same. The Shaw file is a file that can verify that the ballot image has not been altered in any way. So those files were all missing.

Speaker 3:

Now fast forward, sean, to even before the election began in Fulton County they had an outbreak of covid, allegedly at one of their warehouses I believe it's called the English Street warehouse in Fulton County, and because of this they panicked and they didn't think that they would be able to conduct the logic and accuracy logic and accuracy test in a timely manner. And so what they did? They brought in Dominion to do the logic and accuracy test in Fulton County. We have the receipts, we have the invoices. They paid them $2 million, I think it was $2,000 per day and then $5,000 $2,000 per day per person and then $5,000 on Election Day to to conduct that logic and accuracy test down there in Fulton County.

Speaker 1:

Then the other thing that they did is not only do they want to steal our elections, they want us to pay for them to do it, just like buying a $20,000 machine. What a scam. Unfortunately we've run out of time, but people can dig deeper into your research on your rumble channel at rumblecom, slash can con and we're going to put a link in the description below.
